Linking of SI 5 and CRM+ Offers System Integrators a Complete Business Solution

D-Tools, Inc., the worldwide leader in system integration software, and Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading developer of end-to-end business management solutions, announced jointly today that they have completed the integration of their respective products, presenting a complete solution for system integrators and custom installers of low-voltage systems.

The integration of D-Tools System Integrator 5 and Tigerpaw CRM+ results in a best-of-breed set of design, estimation, documentation, project management, CRM, and business process optimization applications, company officials said.
The companies plan to present their collaboration at CEDIA Expo 2006 - D-Tools booth # 126.

"On their own, both D-Tools SI 5 and Tigerpaw CRM+ are industry-renowned, highly effective applications that each focus on specific areas of the system integration process," said Adam Stone, D-Tools president. "Their combination presents system integrators with an unprecedented level of software functionality and creates a powerful, whole-business solution."

"This integration fills what we feel was a considerable void in the marketplace," said Dave Foxall, Tigerpaw CEO. "For the first time, system integrators and installers have a complete set of top-notch tools to operate and streamline their business, front to back."

D-Tools SI 5 is designed to simplify the complicated design, engineering, and documentation process, enabling users to quickly and easily generate data-driven floor plans, schematics, line diagrams, functional views, and visually rich proposals for commercial and residential projects. Tigerpaw CRM+ brings to the table sophisticated, easy-to-use contact management, marketing automation, sales/pipeline management, service management, technician scheduling and dispatching, and inventory control.

The integration of these two powerful applications enables system integrators to create detailed, data-driven designs and fast, accurate proposals and sales orders using D-Tools SI 5, then convert those sales orders into projects within Tigerpaw CRM+ and manage installation of each material/labor item on a phase-by-phase basis. Invoices can be generated as needed along the project timeline utilizing Tigerpaw's progressive billing functionality.

Linking the two applications also incorporates functionality for complete service department automation; inventory management for an unlimited number of locations; change order management; subcontractor management; exchanges and RMAs; serial number tracking; and service contract management - infusing sophisticated customer relationship management at every step of the way.
Company officials indicated they were pleased with the fruit of their partnership, begun in August 2005.

"Last year we saw the integration between D-Tools and Tigerpaw as a tremendous opportunity for our companies, our customers, and the industry as a whole," Stone said. "The results have exceeded expectations and have proved that these applications truly are a great fit - which we expect will bring outstanding value to our joint customers."

CEDIA Expo 2006 will be held in Denver, Sept. 14-17. D-Tools and Tigerpaw will exhibit at booth 126.
