Tigerpaw Software Wins 2004 Award - 16/09/2004
Tigerpaw Software, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to the small and mid size business, received the 2004 Product of The Year Award from Call Center Magazine.
Call Center Magazine spent months evaluating a variety of products geared toward providing agents with the proper skills and tools they need to solve problems, satisfy customers and in some cases, generate revenue. The magazine's findings were released in their March 2004 issue, and Tigerpaw Software came out as a leader in this space.
The Tigerpaw Business Suite is a group of integrated CRM software modules for contact management, sales force automation, customer service tracking, and inventory control.

The CRM Software Suite is designed to track prospects throughout the sales cycle, as well as all contacts with customers after the sale. An advanced scheduling and monitoring system helps coordinate personal schedules and notification of workflow assignments. Various calendar views are provided, including dispatching with support for drag and drop scheduling.
