Tigerpaw and Tech Data Canada Functionality are a 'Purrr-fect' Fit
BELLEVUE, Neb., (February 25, 2009) - Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading developer of business automation and service management software, today announced the addition of data import functionality from Tech Data Canada applications to its end-to-end business operations software solutions, Tigerpaw CRM+. This new partnership is designed to equip resellers with the tools they need to manage quotes, installation orders, service management, invoicing, purchasing and accounting in one end-to-end solution.
The integration expands functionality by combining Tech Data Canada's configuration, pricing and quoting engine with the ability to import quotes directly into Tigerpaw through Tigerpaw's Quote Import Tool, eliminating the need to re-key data. As a result, users are able to easily export customer data directly from Tech Data Canada to Tigerpaw CRM+ to develop proposals and manage data through the service, billing and accounting processes.

Using Tigerpaw CRM+, data from Tech Data Canada - including system configuration, peripheral products and service packages - is imported directly into either new or existing quotes. Simultaneously, Tigerpaw CRM+ installation orders and project management detail are populated with the same data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Quotes are managed in Tigerpaw CRM+ through the installation, delivery and invoice processes.
Tech Data Canada's integration with Tigerpaw plays a significant role in the company's strategy to help mitigate supply chain costs for resellers. Jointly, the organizations are cooperating to deliver benefits to users by offering a tool that will help them manage client projects.
